Audit POV LLC (“Audit POV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides community association management services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through auditpov.com and our related services (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you as a California resident.
Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide: name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number (including when submitting a contact form or requesting a proposal).
- HOA / community information: association name, unit or property address, board role, and related account or billing details.
- Communications data: the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us, and records of consent.
- Consent records: when you submit a form on the Site, we record the date and time of submission, your IP address, your browser or device identifier (user agent), which consents you gave, and the exact version of the disclosure text shown to you. We keep these records to demonstrate that consent was given and to comply with telephone and text messaging laws.
- Usage data collected automatically via cookies and similar technology (see Cookies & Tracking below).
SMS / Text Messaging Data
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Audit POV, we collect your phone number and consent status in order to send you the communications described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to deliver the SMS program you signed up for.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and bill for community management services.
- To respond to inquiries and send appointment, billing, and community-notice communications by phone, email, or text.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
How We Share Information
- With HOA boards and their members, to the extent necessary to provide management services to that association.
- With vendors and service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, payment processing, IT hosting, and telephony/SMS delivery through third-party providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law or subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Audit POV or others.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies & Tracking / Do Not Track
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage) to operate the Site, keep it secure, and understand how visitors use it. What is in use today falls into a single category:
- Essential / functional cookies — necessary for the Site to operate correctly and securely. These include cookies set by Cloudflare, the content delivery and security provider that fronts the Site, such as
__cf_bm(bot detection),cf_clearance(records that a security challenge was passed),__cflb(load balancing and session affinity), and_cfuvid(distinguishes visitors who share an IP address for rate-limiting purposes). These cookies are strictly necessary to operate and protect the Site, and we do not use them to track you across other websites.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-site behavioral tracking cookies on the Site. We may add analytics tools in the future to understand aggregate visitor behavior — for example, pages viewed, time on site, and general geographic region — so that we can improve the Site. If we do, we will update this Policy to identify the categories of tools in use before or at the time they are deployed, and where consent is required by applicable law we will obtain it first.
We do not permit third parties to collect personal information through the Site for their own advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy, provide the disclosures and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law, and obtain your consent where the law requires it.
The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no common industry standard for such signals has been adopted. However, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), where legally applicable, by treating a detected GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (to the extent such practices apply to us).
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.
Your California Privacy Rights
To the extent Audit POV is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), or other applicable California privacy law, California residents may have the right to:

- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
Audit POV will provide these rights to the extent, and at such time as, they are required by applicable law. The precise scope of these rights varies, and several statutory exceptions apply, so we may decline a request where an exception applies or where we are not subject to the law under which the right is granted. To exercise a right that applies to you, contact us using the information in Contact Us below. We will verify your identity before responding.
“Shine the Light” (California Civil Code § 1798.83)
California residents may request information once per year about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Audit POV does not disclose personal information for third-party direct marketing.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
